  • PROCESSING TIME

    Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description page, and in your order confirmation email next to each item purchased.

    Orders received after 12 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

    ORDER STATUS

    After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A status of "Confirmed" means the order is not ready to ship. This just means your order is still processing. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an Order Fulfilled email with a tracking number.

    If you have not received your order, please carefully review any shipping details in the product description and order confirmation email next to each line item before reaching out to support.

    ORDER CHANGES

    Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake with your address, please contact us ASAP with the correct address.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

    We offer flat rate shIpping only. Once your order is shipped, standard domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days on average for delivery on domestic orders. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA, U.K. & AUSTRALIA)

    The Professional Homegirl Podcast currently doesn't offer International Shipping at this moment.

    EXPEDITED SHIPPING

    The Professional Homegirl Podcast does not currently offer any expedited shipping options. While we aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that we cannot accommodate any requests for expedited shipping.

    PRE-ORDER ITEMS

    Pre-order items are noted by the pink pre-order tag in the product images. If you have selected an item that is on pre-order, it will shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description page.

    If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will not ship until all of the pre-order items have arrived, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
